Jared, congratulations to you and Rosemary. Don’t sweat the blog. Pour all your energies into your new marriage. It’s so important.

You probably remember that in the Old Testament, it was the law that a man was relieved of all military duties for the first year of his marriage, the thought being he needed to attend to his new bride for that time. I love that law! Wish I could have done the same.

Seriously, God’s blessings upon you both. May he strengthen you in times of trouble and lift you both on eagles’ wings!

It’s strange how the Lord chooses to speak through strangers at times and I would like you to know that what you wrote resonates so directly with me (every phrase and word). Its strange really. I have no idea who you are to tell you the truth, the way in which I came upon your blog is ironic and yet what I read was what i needed to hear in this exact moment.
