		<description>Well said.  I really do think it's a cycle.  Each generation thinks the other had it all wrong.  I think that we would all be wise to not condemn the "Millennials" as being defective for their character, but accept it as different.

I'm 28 so I'm a little older than you but I too was working as soon as I could push a lawnmower.  And when I got my drivers license I worked at a grocery store.  Anyway, great article.</description>
