I can&#039;t claim that it&#039;s a strictly Biblical definition, but as the Bible talks about setting aside time to humble one&#039;s self before the Lord and be especially attentive to the good works He desires for us to accomplish, a lot of people lump that in with the idea of fasting.</description>
